What is the price?

There are 3 price bands. The level of service is the same, but the pricing varies according to how much time is required on the type of tenancy.

Assured Tenancy Notice (and all relevant documents)

 

Short Assured Tenancy Notice (and all relevant documents)

Private residential tenancy (1 December 2017 onwards)

These DO NOT include services charges

Other possible charges include:

Assured Notice and submission to First tier tribunal Scotland £395

Short Assured Notice and submission to First tier tribunal Scotland £395

Notice Private residential tenancy and submission to First tier tribunal Scotland £395

Letter to the tenants £30.00

What if I have a complaint?

Initially please contact me in the first instance. If this does not resolve your issue, then please see the client care letter (T&Cs) which give full details of how to make a complaint.

How does the Landlord Specialist Services Scotland work?

You have a free consultation lasting up to 30 minutes. If the service is suitable for you, you will be emailed a client mandate letter which contains the T&Cs and payment details, after which you can start using the service immediately.

Can you represent me at First Tier Tribunal Scotland?

Yes. I am also able to represent you which retains continuity and consistency of advice cost £100 per attendance.

How long does it take to get the property back?

There is no set time scale as there are many factors to include.

Is your advice easy to understand?

Yes. All advice will be given in plain English with easy to understand explanations of any legal terms where necessary.

Are there any areas of law you can’t advise on?

I can only advise on the tenancy Law in Scotland.

Do you also create tenancy agreements?

Yes and is chargeable at a fixed rate of £45.00.
